Pitch holders without food / bar vehicles are required to provide a Gazebo, weights for that gazebo, in pitch lighting and tables as required.
Pitches cancelled within 16 weeks prior to the date of the event will be deemed as a late cancellation. These pitches will not qualify for a refund.
Generators may only be used with prior authorisation from the event manager. Those traders using any kind of power (including electricity or Gas) MUST provide relevant fire extinguishers.
Food traders MUST provide a valid food hygiene certificate, hand washing facilities and temperature monitoring equipment where required.
Only authorised traders are permitted to serve alcohol. Those traders serving alcohol are required to operate challenge 25
